Frequently Asked Questions

Wedding Cakes start at $4.00 per serving and Specialty Cakes start at $3.75 per serving. The final cost of you're cake is determined by time and complexity of the design. $60.00 minimum on all orders. Sales tax of 6% will be added to all orders. (Example: A Specialty cake to feed 25 guests would begin at $93.75.)

Cake Tasting appointments are taken for wedding cakes. The cost for a Wedding cake tasting is $25.00 for up to 3 flavors. This $25.00 charge will be applied to the cost of your cake. Payment will be required to be made in advance by Pay Pal. Please keep in mind cake samples are provided specifically for your appointment. I ask for a courtesy of 48 hours notice if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.

Creative Cake Factory delivers in Broward, Dade, and Palm Beach Counties, and sometimes beyond. Cost of delivery is based on the location of your reception / event. Delivery charges are $0.50 per mile, roundtrip. I prefer to deliver all cakes as they are often fragile, but you may pick them up. There are no set-up fees. Creative Cake Factory does not ship cakes.

I recommend that wedding cakes are ordered at least 3 months in advance. For specialty cakes a minimum of 2 weeks noticed is preferred but at least a one week notice is required for any cake. Please contact Creative Cake Factory regarding availability.

Down Payment
A non-refundable down payment of 25% of the total cake price is due for all cakes over $100. The 25% payment will be applied to the final cost of your cake.

Final Payment
Your final payment is due two weeks prior to your event.

Creative Cake Factory accepts check, money orders, or cash.

In the event of cancellation, Creative Cake Factory must be notified a minimum of 30 days prior to your event date. Your 25% down payment is non-refundable. Upon signing the contract for a Wedding Cake, the final day you may cancel will be specified.
